Effective Self Leadership began in 2006 as a result of a commercial truck accident. The accident was severe. The event left the only one involved physically unscathed. However the emotional aftermath led to a life review including finding answers to questions such as "Who am I?" and "What kind of life am I living?" Several years and much study later, Lamplight was created and a program entitled Effective Self Leadership was developed. The intention of the program is to allow others to investigate themselves without the trauma that originally led to its development.
